Begin at the My Good Body home page by clicking “DO”
Here you can see number of servings you need to eat for each food group. This is all the food you need to eat in one day.

Tapping your finger on a food group will expand it. Tapping on the screen again will bring up a menu detailing the number of servings and serving size. The red balls on the bottom represent the number of servings remaining for the day.
To return to the home page, click on the DO icon.
Each time you consume food, cross out a portion from the food group representing your choice of food. To do this, slide your fingers across the food group at the home page or by tapping on a green ball at the individual food group page.
If you crossed out a circle ball by mistake, you can undo it by shaking your iphone/ipad up and down.

Once you have eaten the required amount for a food group, you can no longer have any more items from that food group. You can still eat food from other groups.

Complete all food groups each and every day to have a Good healthy body.
