As Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La & Ti are the basics of music; A, B, C.... Being the basics of the English language. Same Carbohydrates, Protein, Vegetable, Fruit, Fat, Dairy and Water are the basics of good nutrition.

My Good Body shows you the correct amount of each of these food sources to achieve 100 % natural nutrition daily.
It matters not which foods we get our nutrition from you just need to get the balance right, food depictions shown will offer some ideas, YOU CHOOSE.

My Good Body app is designed to lose weight.
For men it has approximately 1800 calories (7560 Kilojoules); for the female approximately 1500 calories (6276 Kilojoules).

Take the following steps


1) Think about the foods you are about to eat, which category of food they belong in.
2) Be guided by the app, use the correct quantities of the foods depicted.
3) Use all of the foods (except "Optional Treat").

Very soon you will start to lose weight and your energy level will soar. Continue using the app and soon your new way of eating will become the norm and your body will begin to show appreciation of having 100% natural nutrition every day.

Eat and enjoy JUST get the balance right.

A few examples of nutrient usage
Breakfast may be a bowl of low sugar cereal with milk, a cup of tea, a piece of fruit:
This = 1 carb for cereal
1 dairy for the milk
1 water for the tea
1 fruit
Lunch perhaps egg & mushrooms on toast, and a white coffee:
This = 1 carb for the toast
1 veg for the mushrooms
1 protein for the egg
1 dairy for the coffee
1 fat to toss the mushrooms
Afternoon tea perhaps a piece of fruit & a cup of tea:
This = 1 fruit
1 water for the tea
So what is left for dinner?
1 carb a Potato or Pasta or Rice Cuss etc.
3 veg and or salad A wide variety
4 protein approx. 160 gram. Fish, Meat, poultry, eggs, legumes
1 fruit a wide variety
1 fat. Your choice
2 treats for me that is two glasses of red wine

If you leave out the treats you will lose weight more quickly.
Reap the benefits of exercise; raise your heart beat for at least 30mins daily.
Above all eat and enjoy, just get the balance right, I did and you can, it's easy.
My Good Body app takes all the mystery out of weight loss. When you have achieved your weight loss goal, just add a little more from each food group until you have the correct balance for your life style
